Visual Recipe - Aloo Paratha

Today’s Visual Recipe is Aloo Paratha courtesy Madhu (Ruchii). In India I made a lot of chapatis, and made aloo paratha a few times, but the store bought frozen ones were soooo delicious, I preferred them. My housemates and I ate aloo parathas almost every evening. My favorite foods were dosa, idli, the coconut chutney my friend showed me to make to eat with the idli, chicken biryani, butter chicken, samba, chutney. Oh my..such great food! I miss you India, and my friends there,  see you again soon!

Any suggestions on what you would like to see for a Visual recipe? Just send me a link.

To my friends in India:
